Terms and Conditions
By subscribing to this commercial license, you acknowledge you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms Below.
1. This license is currently only for sellers outside of Canada and the United States. Sale in Canada and the United States are prohibited. (You may only sell to those outside of Canada and the United States.)
2. you can cancel at any time but If you cancel your membership, your commercial license is revoked at the next renewal date and you must cease selling .
3. You may not change, sell, or redistribute the STL or 3MF files or download links in any way. Also you man not use any Artificial Intelligence in the training, creation, or modification of any models, images, or physical 3D prints.
4. When selling Online or in person you must Credit Peachdaydrams, You may not claim ownership of the models or designs for any reason.
5. You are responsible for the quality and safety of the 3D prints you sell. Peachdaydrams is not liable for any defects, injuries, or disputes that arise from the use or sale of the printed items. You agree to resolve any disputes that may occur between you and your customer regarding the 3D printed items.
6. The terms and conditions may be revised. All changes will be effective 30 days after posting for current members and immediately for new members. By staying subscribed, you agree to any changes that occur.
7. Your license may be revoked if you violate any of the terms above.
